Scheduling reminder calls prior to study visits, based on the needs listed in the study protocol. Reminder examples include:
- To complete the paper or eDiary
- To avoid prohibited foods or drinks while taking study medication
Schedule follow-up calls to understand the patient's overall experience, ideally mitigating visit or procedure compliance concerns.
